For all healthcare-related operational and technical services, HTS strictly complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act, and the Omnibus Rule. We execute comprehensive Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all covered entities prior to processing any electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI).

All ePHI handled within our Pune Delivery Center is isolated within access-controlled virtual desktops, encrypted using AES-256 protocols at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, and subject to audit logging.

3. Financial Data & Banking Confidentiality

In delivering Mortgage Technology, Core Banking Modernization, and FinTech integrations, HTS adheres to strict institutional data protection frameworks, including GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act), CFPB privacy regulations, and RBI guidelines. Client transactional data is never commingled, stored on local media, or accessed outside authorized VPN/mTLS endpoints.
